Yes! Anyone with a valid email from allowed domains (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook)
can register and vote after email verification.
Winners are determined by public vote counts. Each round has a set number of talents
who advance based on vote totals. The final winner has the highest votes in the final round.
